Vrbnik

The people of VRBNIK settled on a 48 m high rock, and over the centuries built every pathway, staircase of house to fit together in the harmonius whole of today's Vrbnik. This little town Vrbnik is one of the oldest settlements on the Island of Krk. We should mention the LIBRARY BELONGING TO THE VITEZIĆ FAMILY, at 4 Placa vrbničkog statuta (Vrbnik Statute Square), which was bought by the Bishop of Krk Ivan Vitezić and his brother Dr. Dinko Vitezić, the people's representative, and left to the town of Vrbnik.
