Inaccordance with General provisions on data protection – Croatian GDPR, we mustinform you that when placing a reservation and at check-in into your place ofaccommodation you agree to present your personal identification documents, i.e.submit your personal data (first and last name, type and number of yourpersonal identification document, gender, state and address of residence, withdate of birth and citizenship), all for evidence of tourists in the InformationSystem of Tourist Boards of the Republic of Croatia – eVisitor (Law on sojourntax, National Gazette 152/08).

The personal data is collected for statistic processing and is used by theTourist boards, public authorities and Ministries relating to this procedure(Ministry of tourism and Tourist inspection, Ministry of internal affairs andMinistry of finances – Customs authorities).

Each unauthorized usage, publication, change, processing, reproduction,distribution, recording or assignment or any other form of unauthorized usageof such personal data is strictly prohibited.

The text below explains the conditions underwhich user data delivered by filling in our form shall be gathered and used. Ifyou do not agree with the contents of the text that follows, please do notenter your personal data on this Website under any circumstances. 

The purpose of gathering data by way of thisform is to make contact with the User and keep him/her informed of ouractivities. We are allowed to use all data submitted by the User for thepurpose of sending information, notifications and promotional material on theproducts and activities we offer. 

The User agrees to be delivered data on ouractivities on a periodical basis. All user data shall be kept strictlyconfidential and shall be used only for authorized purposes. In no case shallwe deliver or disclose user data to third parties. Inquiries by the authorisedservices of the police and judicial authorities of the Republic of Croatia incase of investigation on the basis of a valid court order are an exception tothe above rule.

We always give our users a choice regarding theuse of their data, including the possibility to choose whether they want theirdata to be removed from the lists used in marketing campaigns or not.
